Enterprise Manager Ops Center - Version 12.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer is using Ops Center to install S11.4.36 on a non SR-IOV guest ldom. They do NOT check the "Enable Multiplex IO" (MPxIO) In the "Install Generic Guest Domain - OS Management or in the OS Config Summary" check box expecting that after created, MPxIO will NOT be enabled. However, when completed, the Ops Center GUI claims MPxIO IS ENABLED and this is verified by checking the guest domain '/kernel/drv/fp.conf' file with 'mpxio-disabled=No'. Customer wants to know how to disable MPxIO in the guest ldom and also, why it was ENABLED when the checkbox was NOT selected.
