SL3000 - Tape Drives Not Getting Detected on OS / Backup software

Symptoms
- Tape drives / Media Changer is getting detected on OS / Backup software.
- Can see all 12 drives has it respective port A status to be initialized status and speed shows 4 Gig for T10kc and 8Gig for T10KD drives.
This means all the drives have no physical connectivity issues between the Library and the connected SAN switch .
