We had our two SL3000s upgraded to SL4000s this week. I have them setup in ACSLS v8.5.1 (same as the SL3000s), but ACSLS regularly times out after a few minutes with a heartbeat failure.
Symptoms
ACSLS Time Outs With SL4000s.
Changes
SL3000 converted to SL4000 but continues to loose communication with ACSLS.
