PCA - Not Able To Add Networks To The New Compute Node On Cisco Based PCA Rack (Doc ID 2818666.1)

Symptoms

On a Cisco based PCA rack where a new X8-2 compute node was added and after provisioning was not able to add additional networks.  On others new X8-2 compute nodes were able to add the same networks without any issue.

Saw the error when trying to add a network.

PCA> add network frontnet ovcacn34r1

Status: Failure
Error Message: Error (NETWORK_000): Exception while trying to add network frontnet to compute node ovcacn34r1: CANNOT_ADD_NODE_TO_NETWORK_000: Cannot add Compute node: ovcacn34r1, to network: frontnet. Reasons: ['UNHEALTHY_NODE_000: Node ovcacn34r1 is not pingable.']
