Symptoms

When trying to add a network to a compute node fails:

PCA> add network mynetwork ovcacn34r1

Status: Failure

Error Message: Error (NETWORK_000): Exception while trying to add network mynetwork to compute node ovcacnXXr1: CANNOT_ADD_NODE_TO_NETWORK_000: Cannot add Compute node: ovcacnXXr1, to network: mynetwork. Reasons: ['UNHEALTHY_NODE_000: Node ovcacnXXr1 is not pingable.']

Other compute nodes were able to add the same networks without any issue.
