Prefix Group Column Displays None/One Tag for Realms Assigned Two Prefix Tags (Doc ID 2819072.1)

Symptoms

The prefix_group works fine if the single prefix is assigned to the particular realm. However, if two separate prefix tags are created and assigned to the same realm then only one tag (or none) is shown. For example in a setup with the following Prefix Tags:

Name: mtfstest
Prefixes: 18001200300
Realm: mtfstest

Name: mtfsnumber
Prefixes: 18001234001
Realm: mtfstest

Logging in as a user in Realm mtfstest, and looking at the Calls Grid shows results in the screenshot below:
