Symptoms

 On SuperCluster systems using SVA with the 2021.Q2 QFSDP and custom incorporation 1.06 or 1.07,   the task queue may hang when increasing memory on an existing IO domains.

Changes

 The SuperCluster Custom Incorporation 1.06 and 1.07 for the 2021.Q2 QFSDP excluded the fix for unpublished <Bug 32688228> previously included in CI 1.05.  Unpublished <Bug 33518726> resolves the issue and is delivered in CI 1.08 or above.
