[PCA 2.4.4] Upgrading Compute Nodes Lost Access to Storage Lun (Doc ID 2824264.1)

Symptoms

When upgrading Compute Node to PCA 2.4.4, all the steps were completed successfully but found a storage Lun is lost from Compute Nodes.

Further investigation found the Lun was assigned to a custom initiator group, after upgrading, the IQN of the Compute Node is not listed in that custom initiator group anymore.
