Symptoms

Customer is unable to connect to their SGD 5.6 installation coming in over the public internet, while sitting behind Akamai, which is a service that provides content delivery, web and internet security services.

They described their configuration as the following:

Public net -> Akamai -> internal network -> content switch pair -> SGD gateway pair -> SGD web servers
