SGD - Log On As Administrator, Click On Server Link Results In 500 Error (Doc ID 2826674.1)

Symptoms

Customer reported that after installing SGD 5.6 and configuring it per the installation instructions, he gets a 500 error when he logs into the administrator portal and click on the server link.

In the /opt/tarantella/var/log folder, the jserver406073_error.log contains the following:

Oracle Secure Global Desktop (5.60.514) ERROR:

The LDAP password cache listener could not be set up.
