SL4000 - Manual Move Tape Shows No CAPs are Available

Goal
Checked the attached screenshot,
" Move Tape ==> will move the tape 100002 to the selected destination. Select a destination by choosing a location via the Destination options.
If you are moving to a CAP cell, only CAPs that are OWNED and are in the LOCKED state are available as possible destinations. "
Needs to check whether all the CAPs are in locked position ?
The CAP status can be verified, under CAP management.
Please share following screenshot.
Login to SL4000 web GUI -- > Click on CAP tab (Left side) and take a screenshot and upload it to MOS SR and also -> CAP pools tab (Right side) Screenshot
