PROBLEM SYMPTOMS:
VTCS does not consider MGMTCLAS PINPOL when directing replications.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
MGMTCLAS PINPOL can be used to pin VTVs in one or more VTSSs.
When two PINPOL names are listed, e,g, PINPOL(VTSSLST1,VTSSLST2),
VTCS does not consider the PINPOL when determining the target VTSS
for replications. This can result in VTVs being replicated to a VTSS
that is not included in the PINPOL list.
