Purpose
The purpose of this document is to guide both customer and support engineer on how to obtain data from PCA 3.x, note that in most of situations, first-hand screenshots or hardcopies are very useful evidence of the issue, this document focus on collecting support bundles, command outputs and logs.
The targets of data collecting are:
Understand current system configuration/layout
Understand current status of system and components
Be able to search/look for failures/errors so we could start troubleshooting
