Symptoms
Drive is failing to load tape cartridge.
Warning The drive logs contain indications of problems that are usually associated with loading or unloading of a tape.
Warning Please check the tape (SN Unknown) for damage (e.g. missing leader pin).
Warning Please try using a different tape.
Please run the LTO Drive Assessment Test to check the operation of your drive.
