Oracle SBC: HeaderNat.1.0.spl doesn't function in vSBC's for versions cz840p7, cz840p7k and cz900p1 (Doc ID 2834416.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 29, 2023

Applies to:

Acme Packet 4600 - Version S-Cz8.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

HeaderNat.1.0.spl is used to hide the private IP and replace it with the public IP in the Contact header and Connection IP in the 200OK w/ sdp, but this doesn't function correctly with the configuration outlined in the document at https://www.oracle.com/a/otn/docs/sbcwithteamsnonmediabypass-31-08-2021.pdf#page=101 . It was observed that the private IP itself is displayed instead of replacing it with public IP in the 200OK. This is seen to be affecting specific SP versions such as cz840p7, cz840p7k and cz900p1 of vSBC's.
