Symptoms

Continuous tape slot obstruction error 9170 happening in Module 8 Right Magazine. A reboot clears the error temporarily, but within a few minutes error returns.

1. Module 8 Right Magazine
2. Robot

Actions to Take
Check and clear obstruction encountered in last accessed slot. <<--------------
Replace Robot or Magazine if no obstruction readily detected.
