Symptoms

Customer found that they were unable to stage/retrieve offline files.

The HSM device logs for the library shows these device log entries, when trying to 'samd stop;samd start' the robot daemons, like it cannot recognize the hardware as being there:

 

 

Changes

 Recently replaced an SL150 bridge drive.
