PRACK Message Is Received In Session Monitor But Missing Call Flow (Doc ID 2848338.1)

Review of calls in Session Monitor show that some calls have PRACK message(s) missing.  It is confirmed in the investigation that the PRACK was received by Session Monitor.

For example, for the call received by Session Monitor below:



The PRACK in the first leg is not shown in Call Details or Message Flow in Session Monitor
