This note will assist in disabling FIPS. Please note the following:
1- These are the steps to disable FIPS on ODA 19.12 or later.
2- Oracle does not recommend disabling FIPS. FIPS compliance improves the security of ODA.
3- Oracle QA does not test ODA with FIPS disabled
4- After ODA patching, FIPS will be re-enabled again, and the steps in this note must be repeated to disable it.
