Symptoms

Long delay (~13s) processing Blocklist feature performed on the Signaling Transport Point (STP) via Initial Detection Point (IDP) A-Party Blocklist, the feature is know by the customer as ANBL.

 

Changes

 The customer is sending traffic from new carriers, initially one Call Center was affected then other customers complained about the same condition.
