Ops Center: Storage Tab missing for guest instances (Doc ID 2853622.1)

Symptoms

Customer reports that the storage tab is not present for some of their guest LDOMs. Also some actions are ghosted or grayed out in the right side action pane.

The troubleshoot.txt of the CDOM that hosts the OS for the LDOMs involved, shows 3 different LDOM guests showing the following metadata error:
