ACSLSHA Linux starts and then stops immediately (Doc ID 2856052.1)

ACSLS 8.5 cannot be successfully started under the control of ACSLSHA Linux.  
After the command:
# systemctl start acslsha
is issued, ACSLS apparently starts, and then terminates itself immediatley

The messages seen in the /var/log/acslsha/AcslsHa.log are the following:

None, both ACSLS 8.5.1 and ACSLSHA 8.5.1 Linux were installed correctly.
