ELAP : SSH Failed With Errors No Matching MAC Found (Doc ID 2861337.1)

Symptoms

When trying to establish SSH connection from ELAP-B to mate server, the negotiation failed with the following errors.

[root@elap-b ~]# ssh mate
FIPS integrity verification test failed.
no matching mac found: client hmac-md5,hmac-md5-96,hmac-sha1-96,hmac-sha1,umac-64@openssh.com,hmac-ripemd160
[root@elap-b ~]#
