P-Early-Media support is disabled when Content-Disposition Header is Present in the SIP request/response (Doc ID 2861643.1)

As per documentation , the p-early-media-header parameter will enable the feature when the value is set to either "add" or "modify" option.

Also, the P-Early-Media:supported will be added on egress by the SBC if we enable either "add" or "modify" option in the incoming message.

We noticed that the P-Early-Media:Support is not added when Content-Disposition header is present in SIP request/response
