[PCA 3.x] PCA-ADMIN "syncHardwareData" fails with "Compute node data mac is empty" (Doc ID 2861910.1)

When running syncHardwareData through the PCA-ADMIN CLI, the command succeeds but it returns an error in the lines of :

Resync completed with errors. pcacn010(Compute node data mac is empty.)
