[PCA 3.x] Provision Compute Node Fails with Error "Service tag ORACLE SERVER X9-2 is not in valid range" (Doc ID 2866674.1)

Provision a Compute Node failed.

The /var/log/pca.log shows below error:

[2021-09-30T15:56:33 45764] pcamn02 ERROR (oracle_server_node_handler:135) Service tag ORACLE SERVER X9-2 is not in valid range ['PCA X9-2 Base', 'PCA X9-2 Exp'] for Node: 00:10:e0:fc:c3:ab
[2021-09-30T15:56:34 45764] pcamn02 ERROR (node_state_manager:123) No handler found for Node 00:10:e0:fc:c3:ab setting Node DB state to ignore
