Symptoms

Error while adding a new user via SDS - GUI Configuration -Subscriber Menu : MSISDN / IMSI while the destination is already populated:

GUI Main Menu: Subscriber Database Serve (SDS) -> Configuration -> Subscriber: Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) / International Mobile Subscriber Identity(IMSI) Creation Fails With "[Error Code 14006] - Database exception: GN_INTERN: reason "subcriber's destination id invalid: reason "destination not found: id 0""

Changes

 New SDS being configured with new subscribers.
