[PCA 3.x] Management Node /nfs/shared_storage/ Hangs (Doc ID 2868021.1)

The problem embodies in a variety of layers:

The 'kubectl get pods -owide' and/or 'kubectl get pods -owide -n sauron' shows several pods that are crashed on the same management node.
pods and commands unable to access /nfs/shared_storage on a particular management node
'ls /nfs/shared_storage/' on a management node hangs and Ctrl-c must be used to exit ('ls /nfs/shared_storage' on other management nodes is successful)
"Most" commonly we've seen this issue on the management node that is the "Current DC" when doing 'pcs status'
