HSM: samfsrestore Fails to Restore Directories With attrs Set (Doc ID 2870725.1)

Symptoms

Customer reported that a "samfsrestore -t -f <filename>" works for the samfsdump file but when they try to samfsrestore -T -f <filename> it errors creating directories.

When they cd into those directories they get the following errors:
