After Apr 2022 CPU OpsCenter ecadm backup throwing adrci> DIA-49803: errors in backup log

After apply of Apr 2022 CPU the backup sciript is showing a adrci error, which seems to be causing the backup to run much longer.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users seeing a performance issue in the DB backup.

Changes

 Applying the Apr 2022 CPU to Enterprise Controller host provided a newer (19c) installclient
