5G SCP Scpfqdn And Scpauthority Values Are Empty In SCPIngressTrafficRateAboveMinorThreshold Alert (Doc ID 2874506.1)

Symptoms

On SCP 22.1.0, scpfqdn and scpauthority values are empty when SCPIngressTrafficRateAboveMinorThreshold alert is raised.

In order to see these values, we added scpfqdn and scpauthority labels for SCPIngressTrafficRateAboveMinorThreshold alert in scpAlertrules_1.15.0.yaml file and patched the configmaps. Still the values are empty when SCPIngressTrafficRateAboveMinorThreshold alert is raised.
