5G SCP 1.15.3 Is Sending 404 Routing Rule Not Found (Doc ID 2876818.1)

Symptoms

SCP1.15.3 is throwing 404 NOT FOUND because of "Routing rule not found" when testing with real AMF.

It seems that "nudm-sdm/v2/(imsi-.*) regex is matched in rule engine".

But seeing below messages as well:

"Decoded Header Type and Value null null not present in rule engine"
"Decoded Method GET is not present in rule engine"
"Rule Match not found"
