Symptoms

Unable to modify the Grouped Attribute-Value Pair using Mediation:
Change Credit-Control Answer (CCA) message in Ro interface
 - Attribute-Value Pair 456 is level 1 Attribute-Value Pair (Multiple-Services-Credit-Control)
    - 3904 (Announcement-Information) is sub Attribute-Value Pair under 456
       - 3905 (Announcement-Identifier) is sub Attribute-Value Pair under 3904

Change rule is like below:
 - Attribute-Value Pair code 3904 change to 700 (User-Identity)
 - Attribute-Value Pair code 3905 change to 701 (Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN))
