Common Errors:
Error message:PCA_GENERAL_000012: Error in RabbitMQ service: No response received after 120 seconds to routing key hms.components.get
PcaFirstBoot.errorMessage - Publish session does not receive message acknowledgement in 1860.0 seconds.
