SL4000 - Tape Library Not Responding and is Completely Down

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Tape library stopped responding and customer was unable to access GUI.
Customer performed a reboot of the library from Operator Panel, and post reboot attempt the library became completely unresponsive.
Library operator Panel is blank and not responding.
Library IP address is not responding to ping request.
Customer has performed a partition change on this library a day ago.
How-ever the library continued to function fine a day more after committing partition changes.
