Symptoms
System goes through POST, throws an error and doesn't boot.
Additional symptoms may include Hypervisor aborts and redstates:

Though the system does boot to factory default, we still suspected this is a hardware issue.
The MB was replaced, thinking there was a problem with the NVRAM or OBP which also didn't fix the issue.
