Symptoms

A pool on the ZFS Storage Appliance is reported as DEGRADED after a disk was replaced and no resilver was initiated.

The new disk is reported as OK and not faulted.

 

In the example below, chassis-001 disk-023 is the replaced disk.

OS8.8.30, ak-2013.06.05.8.30

 

Faulted drive was replaced.
