FMD-8000-CV Alert reported showing each DIMM has been removed and added after upgrading to ILOM 5.X (Doc ID 2887139.1)

Symptoms

 After upgrading to ILOM 5.0.2 or later (SysFW 9.10.2 or later), when the primary domain is started multiple alerts of the type FMD-8000-CV are shown for multiple DIMMS with a removal and added message.

These alerts are generated one time after the firmware upgrade, despite no hardware being added or removed, due to a correction in how firmware reports DIMM identity information to Solaris.
