DSA - UDR Post Upgrade To 12.7.0 (from 12.6.1) - Subscriber Query And Provisioning Failing (Doc ID 2891728.1)

Goal

After the UDR upgrade to 12.7.0, Customer reported that they are unable to query any subscriber profile under UDR -> Configuration -> Subscriber Query and Provisioning tab.

It is showing showing error as 13134 - Unexpected server error has occurred.

Also the record was not created in the UDR for the subscriber.

This was not the case under 12.6.1, if no subscriber profile in the DB, the error was 13132 - Data not found. Can you please check and advise.

The help manual has got reference to Release 12.4, which reflects to query the subscriber under UDR -> Maintenance -> Subscriber Query and Provisioning.

But, there is no such tab under Maintenance.
