Ops Center 12.4: CDOM Agents fail to start after a Solaris upgrade to 11.4 SRU 48 or later (Doc ID 2892465.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade to Solaris 11.4 SRU 48 or later, the Ops Center Agent will fail to start on Ops Center agents.  Initially the problem was verified on CDOMs using the ldoms virtualization agent.

The svc:/application/management/common-agent-container-1:scn-agent service will show up in maintenance mode:

 

Changes

In all cases the customer updated to Solaris 11.4 SRU 48 or later.  This is the trigger for the issue.
