Symptoms

When upgrading to Solaris 11.4 SRU 48 ( or later) from SRU 47 (or earlier) the upgrade fails with:

This will happen on a pkg update , if -n is specified you only get above error. If -n is not specified then you will have a new BE created and left mounted but not activated
