Goal

This procedure demonstrates how to use a local graphics display (monitor, keyboard and mouse) on a SPARC T8 server.

The procedure was adapted from the SPARC T8 Series Servers Administration Guide > Enable a Local Graphics Monitor which inadvertently omitted the command (step 12 in this doc) to enable the X server.
