DSA's exception rule is not working and there is a DSA error instead of an answer to an Insert-Subscriber-Data Request. Below is the unexpected Diameter error after the exception was added:

 New exception rule is being configured:

 - Once the Security Exception function is enabled with flag ‘CounterMeasure_Exception_Chk’ provided in the System_Config_Options Table, the Exception Function starts executing for the provisioned countermeasure in Exception_Rule_Config Table as per the defined priority sequence of Exception types in the table.
