HSM: Not Completing Pending Stage Requests (Doc ID 2900880.1)

Customer reports that they have a tape stage request which is not being processed, but the drives are available and the tape volume is available.

The output from 'samcmd w' showing the pending stage queue, does show many files 


The stager trace file, found at /var/opt/SUNWsamfs/trace/sam-stagerd, would have more clues for this issue but the timeframe showing this issue was not provided by the customer.
