Symptoms

Run helm install failed and "helm repo udpate" doesn't help

Command: ['helm', 'install', 'zfsoci', 'pca-deploy/zfsoci'] failed (1): stderr: Error: failed to download "pca-deploy/zfsoci" (hint: running 'helm repo update' may help)
