Symptoms

After adding two disk trays (performing a hardware change), we are confronted with WARNINGs about smp and sd driver duplicate entries during the boot process under "Configuring Devices" step.

 

Changes

Issue Found In:

OS8.8.28, ak-2013.06.05.8.28

 

When performing a hardware reconfiguration - add/ remove drive trays, replacing hardware components on the controller, etc.
