Symptoms
During ASR Registration, the registration process does not complete during the Activation phase. Both Service Enclave (GUI) and PCA-ADMIN (CLI) fail to set up ASR Service.
This particular problem is seen using Direct Connection (without Proxy and without ASR Manager).
