Symptoms

 As per the feature the ATS creates and sets the error profile ERR_1300 for the XFCC Header Validation test cases but while execution the default error
profile is getting selected that is ERR_116

This issue never passed in bsf-22.3.2 but it is passed in bsf-22.3.0
