Connectivity issue at Transport level between SMF and PCF

Customer setup have :

1. SMF sends Keepalive every 20 seconds to IGW.

2. SMF sends PING every 60sec to IGW.

3. IGW sends GOAWAY to SMF sometimes after 60sec or 120sec or 180sec of idleness.
