SCP 22.3.1 Fresh Install Subscription And Audit Pods Are In 1/2 Running Status (Doc ID 2915797.1)

SCP 22.3.1deployment is completed successfully but scpc-audit and scpc-subscription pods are stuck in 1/2 Running status.

Following message observed in pod logs:

logMsg=Few NRF profiles are not processed yet.

logMsg=NRF profiles are not yet been created

logMsg=VirtualServices for NRF are not created yet. Readniess probing failed
