Symptoms
User from the monitorgroup cannot see the Fault Domain resource usage.
Using a user with the Monitor Authorization Group trying to browse the 'Fault Domains' in the Service Enclave fails with:
PCA_AUTH_000002: The current user is not authorized to invoke this function.
Changes
Created user in the Monitor group.
